We bought a sofa at the Brick for $2500 on the 36 month no payment plan. When The Brick was with HSBC Financing we never had a problem. Ever since they switched to TD Financing it has been nothing but problems. They are useless, rude, don't care and hang up on clients. When The Brick switched from HSBC to TD financing we received the letter late in the mail due to a move. We accidentally made the payment to HSBC (On time) and they told us to contact our bank to make the arrangements to transfer to money to TD. We contacted BMO to make a payment transfer which took 20 days. When we received our invoice we were charged interest. After contact TD to explain the situation they told us that they didnt care and there's nothing they can do to revoke the interest. Then our November's bill came with interest charges AGAIN. We called them again an they told us there was no note of "no interest for 36 months" and they refused to make the change or cancel the interest. Our bill came again in the mail today and there's interest charges again. Called The Brick and the same story over and over again. Our card has been cut and our balance paid off in full. This is excluding the horror story we had when we attempted to buy a washer and dryer from them. On delivery day it never showed up and when we called them they said they had none left in stock and would take up to 7 weeks to receive it. Needless to say we will never buy anything from them again. We have been to Leon's twice now to get a new dishwasher and washer dryer and their customer service, sales agents, and call center are impeccable.
