I have not fully completed my report in stating the details of my horrible experience with these companies, however, I have dealt with the same issues as all the other unfortunate customers, who have filed a consumer complaints on this website against these companies.
Therefore, I am proposing a "Class Action" against these companies, as I have lost many valuable items which most importantly are of sentimental value.

I'm furious! I personally went to AY Transport today @ 125 Component San Jose, CA and spoke to Theresa, who claimed to be the supervisor/manager, who was condescending, rude, insensitive and could care less about my lost items.
