I signed up for ediets in hopes my prayers would be answered. I needed to loose about 40lbs. Of course I obviously should have looked here first before giving my credit card info.
I signed up at about 11:30 this morning then could not log on as the systems were being updated. A couple of hours later I was able to log on. Alot of good that did, it had alot of foods I don't like even. I thought it was supposed to be customized. Whatever. I guess I am a pretty picky person with food. Lots of Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice. Like I didn't already know that is what I should be eating. You can have more options though, like a personal trainer (of course that will cost extra). Anyway I call up to tell them "No, this is not what I was expecting" Ok they will cancel for $25. That was sure nice of them since I had used it for a whole 10 minutes. If only I made money that easy. Oh well you live and you learn and hopefully this will help the next person before they sign up for ediets.
I did get the cancelation email from them, hopefully they will really only charge me the $25.00 cancellation fee and not the 11.96 a month. It is in my opinion that they should give you a day or three to make sure this is right for you, but if your only in it for the money I guess they are getting theirs. This ends my complaint
