My son was given a pair of pajamas for Christmas from a distant relative. Unfortunately they were too small, and the only thing I wanted to do was exchange them for another pair; more expensive to be exact. Sadly, they wouldn't let me. They said they were a "seasonal" pair of PJ's. What??? I'm confused...
Correct me if I'm wrong, could they sell them for the same price again? Yes. Would a customer walk out being happy? Yes. Would they have made more money on another item that I would've bought? Yes.
So what is wrong with this picture???
Can't they just give people a break; at least at Christmas time?
