I wired $800 to Royal Merchandising in Long Branch, New Jersay.
I contact MELVIN (MEL) SPANGLER, the owner. I wanted to be sure my wire transfer reached him.
Melvin says, "I lost your order, can you give it to me again?"
(I said sure, no problem. It could be an honest mistake.)
On day 12, I contact MEL SPANGLER again to see if he has now sent the order out. This time, he says:
"We put the correct address on your package, but UPS shipped it to the wrong state."
(I said "Ok, no problem...")
Another week goes by. On day 19, still waiting for my package, I call MELVIN SPANGLER at Royal Merchandising again to ask if he has a tracking number.
"Here is your tracking number: XXXXXX."
— Great! Finally! Or so I thought... The tracking # has no info. I called UPS, who claims the package was never shipped!
