I ordered a dora the explorer dvd player from the website. I was given a confirmation number and thought i used paypal to pay for it. A few days later i received an email saying it was shipped and then the next day i received an email saying it was refunded to me. The several emails i recieved from them came in two different names, sometimes they came with elite electronics and sometimes with fineline merchandising. I could not get into their website to contact anyone so i went thru paypal and they have no information regarding this transaction. I still have not received a refund.
