In Topeka, Kansas... Don't buy from them! I bought a diamond wedding ring with a 1 caret solitaire center with the condition I could upgrade. 1 yr. Later they told me they NO longer allow upgrades!!! I bought from them knowing I wanted over a 2 caret solitaire soon! The company didn't seem to care at all! They will not EVER get another more of my money! I will buy it somewhere else! Be careful if you bought anything from them!
