Did not receive an order purchased on December 5. After three attempts to contact the company (by e-mails and a letter), the NiceKicks.com has not responded or acknowledged my contacts.
This is very upsetting as the order was a Christmas gift for my son that he never received nor was I refunded/recredited the amount paid for the purchase.
This is an outrage and something should be done!
