Never ever buy anything from Living Social that you don't know the merchant. This merchant sold over 500 classes from the Living Social promotion and they're a small private business that could not keep up with the volume. When I tried to set up an appointment I had 1 day in a week that I could use the voucher and they were already full that day. So, I decided to wait and give them time to work through the huge responses to their promotion and in total I called 3 times and was told I would get a return call. When I didn't get a call back, I would call them and get the excuse that they were so busy, and had so many students... I asked for a refund and they said I would have to go through Living Social. Living Social said I had passed the 7 day window to get a refund and said I didn't have any choice but to take this class or lose my money. Even though it says the paid value and promotional value expired 2014 and it actually expires 7 days after purchase. So, now the only choice I have is to go to a business where I don't want to spend my money or lose $30. After asking to speak with a manager on Living Social, I was offered $10 for my time. Ha! I took it but I'll never use them again. They stole $20 from me.
