June 26. Called these fools this past Tuesday June 25th about there $299 turn key pool I saw advertised on TV. They went thru all there sales pitch, then setup a appointment with my wife and myself for today Wed). The sales lady who later revealed to us that this was her very first sales call was nice but highly uninformed about the pools she was selling. She told me the $299 pool came with a 90 day warranty. Later after she called her boss Mike who by the way I talked to twice on tuesday told me on the phone in front of his sales person that I was mis-informed that the pool comes with a 1 year warranty. Later after the sales person left I called the 800 number again and talked to another salesman who said the pool comes with a lifetime warranty. Hum somthing sounds fishy here. They want me to hire a attorney and sign a contract before they would agree to sell me a $299 pool. Furthermore after I was told the delivery and installation was included they wanted $399 more for delivery. I pulled up Blue World Pools website and showed the sales person the ad and she was shocked and said she would have to call her boss Mike. She called using my phone, and by the way every phone call she made she asked to use my phone. Strange, however good for me because we put the phone on speaker every time she used it so we could hear both sides of the conversation. What's most shocking is when the sales person's boss cussed me the client out on the phone and called me a asshole because I refused to upgrade to a more expensive pool. The poor sales woman cringed when he did that. So much more went on to type here. I'm a private Investigator for a living. When this whole mess was over I told the poor sales woman who I was and showed her my ID and License. I also told her that the entire meeting had been recorded by three different recording devices and then showed them to her. I felt so bad for her I wanted her to get out of business with this crooked company.
