To make a long story short, I have paid MCI Worldcom Wireless over $500 dollars for a phone that I used for about 2 weeks. Now they claim that they have never recieved any payment. I have faxed them copies of checks but they claim not to recieve them. Then I got calls from Dunn and Bradstreet saying that I was turned into collections. I have spent weeks at a time trying to get through to their customer service. I no longer try because even when I talk to someone, they say that they have reported my problem, then the next time I call the person I talk to says that there is nothing reported on my account. This has been going on for about a year and a half. Now that I have been investigating, I have discovered that this what happens to all of their customers. Something has to be done.
