I got a pair of shoes a week ago online for $ 74.70 & I ddnt receive a receipt or invoice with the package! A few days later the price dropped to the half $ 39.98.. I asked for a price adjustment on June 14 but they asked me to send them the original invoice that I never had in the first place otherwise they won't grant me any refund! First they forward me a copy of the invoice then they said it was sent by mistake & they can't do with a copy! Can't really understand their contradicting emails, the mistakes done with this purchase & how can't I be granted a price adjustment if their policy say I should get it if price dropped within 14 days!!! Not a customer oriented store or company! Worst customer service I got ever!!
