Ripoff Deceptive Promises Deliberate delay of services to avoid refund provision

Per my conversation with Pamela Kaplan of the Manhattan office, I hereby requested a refund of the $1,000.00 fee paid 11/26/04 on the basis that the failure to immediately provide all the Services as required of the Company in section (4) of the Great Expectations Initiation Agreement due to the delay by the Company (GE Management Group of N.Y., Inc.) in getting my above member# profile setup and approved. One of the Services is specifically defined in section (1) d. As the basic service of accessing Great Expectations On-Line from a remote location.in the event this aforementioned Service in section (1) d. Had been provided immediately, I would have cancelled the contract immediately and before the NYS automatic 3 business day cancellation period. I previously expressed this issue to her on November 29th two days before the December 1st automatic cancellation deadline.
