On November 20 I went into the store to purchase a couple new outfits, I decided to purchase two skirts and one sweater. I did not have time to try on the items on so i paid for the and left the store.
When I got home I tryed on the sweater and the skirt and both of them were to big... I went back to the store on November 23 to exchange the items but they did not have a smaller size so i had to returm the for a refund.
The lady at the counter was not sure how to process a return so the mgr of the store came up to assist she said " Why is everbody returning stuff what they must have run out of money over the weekend".
I was very upset at that point, I called and spoke with another associate who gave me the name of the district mgr name and number, I called her for two weeks when she finally called me back she said that she very sorry for what happen and that she was going to mail me a gift card but she never did.
I work in retail and understand how customer service should always be the key to a great sales day.
