Dear Kohls Headquarters, I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Jade in Your Nanuet, New York store, located on Route 59, Nanuet, New York.
She is an absolute pleasure - always smiling, willing to help, never has an attitude (unlike some other sales associates I have had previous experience with). Jade deserves this recommendation. I also told her that I would personally send a letter to Headquarters. She typically works in Customer Service Departments/Returns and never has the look like "another pain in the tooshie customer" - she is ALWAYS pleasant, helpful and sunny!
