Shipping charges not given until AFTER you enter financial information

I can't believe that Target.com does not give you a shipping estimate in your cart prior to asking for payment information. I don't appreciate having to enter the payment information before you show me the shipping rates... That's ridiculous... I refuse to purchase from any online retailer that doesn't show me shipping charge prior to asking me for financial information. Off to Amazon Prime I go to again
