They have a "Weekly Deal" where usually it's a 50% savings on featured item. I LOVE these emails:)
Their prices are competitive, and shipping rates are extremely reasonable (Free shipping on $49 orders, $5 flat shipping for orders under $49). Personally, I do not shop at any online store who is not upfront with shipping before asking for financial information—i.E. Target.com shipping charges do not show in cart prior to having to put in all financial information.
Recently I had to call regarding a problem with a product. I purchased several laundry detergent bags 2 months ago. When I went to open the 'next' bag, I noticed that the powder had formed one big hard rock. 3 of the bags had different packaging than the rest and those 3 were rock hard. I called and spoke to a rep who was very nice and extremely helpful. I was prepared to have to fight for getting a replacement, I had already taken pictures!!! Imagine my surprise when she stated they would be sending 3 replacement bags!
I received the bags yesterday, less than a week after I called. Thankfully they have the new packaging:)
