Doesnt hold up to what they say - Sandbox pd more than 100.00

I was told that I would get a 25.00 refund due to a confusing ad, but when came time to pay up, they backed out. And instead of maning up and tell me they weren't paying, I waited two weeks for the refund to appear and talking to two people and then me demanding a manager is when someone tells me they won't pay.
