I tried to return a pillow to Target and could not find my receipt. I was told to keep looking and bring the pillow back whenever I found the receipt. They were aware it had almost 5 months since I Purchased the pillow, however told me they would give me store credit when I found the receipt. I work two jobs as an Addictions Counselor and have a difficult time getting to the store. This was certainly not the first time I have had a nightmare dealing with your return dept. The help is typically rude, more concerned about who is on break and God help you if you don't have EVERYTHING required for a return. Target is no Kohl's or Lowe's, that is for certain.
