Quality Air: Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning for Entire Home

I purchased my voucher in Sept and immediately tried to schedule an appointment. The earliest appointment they had was Dec. If you already have that big of a demand, why add additional customers, especially when you don't have the manpower. I waited to schedule because I wanted to try another company. I called back in Feb to schedule an appointment to finally use the voucher. The first available appointment was May 4. My voucher expired Mar 27 and I asked would that effect my appointment. I was assured that it wouldn't because the appointment was made before it expired. May 4th came and went with no one showing up or calling. I started calling that day and kept getting disconnected every time someone placed me on hold to try to pull up my information. This happened 4 times. Do you think the person tried to call me back? Absolutely not!!! Finally, on May 10th I finally reach someone who very nonchalantly tells me they can re-schedule my appointment for Aug 9th. No apology or anything!!!
