I was in thethe store in Kissimmiee on May 26 to get glasses on their "40%" off SALE, what a joke. My 40% off price wos $445.92... Yes that is what i said. So after comming to my right mind, I went back and asked the lady to cancel the order, she said no problem, and gave me a receipt that said the transaction was voided. Anyone who has an American Express card knows it takes 10 min for a transaction to show up on your account, and the charge was their, but after a week I called back to find out why my credit had not been done, (on a Friday) I was told it would be taken care of Monday, I called back Monday, as no one ever called. Was told they have to here from Corp. Office to see how to handle this??? Bull and this is not the first time this has happened to me at LENS CRAFTERS, but it will be my last.
