Mci worldcome billing nightmare

I'm only 19 years old and like everybody else wanted and cell phone and surely didn't want a nightmare to ruin my credit. I received my phone in April and never received a bill so we called them numerous times and they didn't even recognize me as an account with them.

We finially started get letters in the mail that said we are changing are billing system and you will be billed shortly. We'll it took until October to receive my first bill and it was only for $48.00 which I sent right away. Which they still don't show receiving.

Time lapsed and nothing, then when we finially received another one it said you will receive 2 bills don't pay this one pay the next one due to they were combinding months.

When we finially received the one we were suppose to pay it was for 653.00 and not detailed. I went to the place where I bought this phone and plan and he called for me and had them send me a detailed bill with almost 150.00 worth of roaming charges that is suppose to be in my calling area.

Needless to say in the meantime my phone has been cut off and how do they expect a teenager to pay that kind of money all at once, if they would of billed properly this would'nt of happened. They also want me to pay for the 200.00 if I break the contract when its their fault.

They could ruin my credit due to their own stupidity.
