Thius is a small complaint i live in new jersey have benn in many wal-mart s from jersey to north caroline and have never had to use a quater to get a shopping cart i do alot of shopping in wal-mart on that day i had no change so i had to go five miles out of my way to do my shopping i see no need to pay for a cart when i am shopping the store is in Brick New Jersey and I will no longer go there
