I am a Wal-mart shopper from Granbury Texas. I have a complaint about the fact that on every register at the Granbury Wal-mart Supercenter is a reuseable shopping bag with a tag that reads "FREE REUSEABLE SHOPPING BAG IF YOUR CASHIER FAILS TO ASK YOU TO APPLY FOR A WAL-MART CREDIT CARD." My cashier failed to ask me and when I asked for my bag, she said that Wal-Mart does not give a reuseable bag they give a regular plastic shopping bag and 2 two liter of Coke. I informed her of what the tag says attached to the debit/credit reader. And that I wanted my bag, needless to say, I wallked out without my reuseuable shopping bag or my plastic bag with my 2 liter of Coke. As a store manager with a nation wide retail corporation, customer service is key to our businesses. (Your rollback smiley face) So, with that being said, I feel confident that I will be hearing from someone soon. Thank You. P.S. I would have applied for a credit card.
