Ordered charms on 10/31, paid for according to my account on 11/1. Called the company and spoke to Ross. He was not able to find the information. I never received a confirmation email or a conformation number. Ross said he would call me back. My order was $61.00 plus change. He never called back. When I tried to call again, the message said the lines were all busy and to call back. I did and ever since then, the line is busy. I feel like I got involved in a scam. I want my account credited and or if it isn't a scam and there is a problem with the telephone. Send me my order and contact me asap.
