I will never work with or go throught T-Mobile ever again. My bill was only 31.99 plus tax a month. Not to bad of a deal for 600 minutes. Well then I started having some problems with my phone that I had and I was unable to recive any of my incoming calls, So I called the T-Mobile tech. Support and reported the problem to then not only once but like 4 times about the 3rd time that I had called in they said that it was an ongoing problem and that they were working on it but was not sure on how long that it would take for them to fix the problem. I had asked them after that about getting my phone (samsung) replaced because of the problem and they said that they could not give me another phone free of charge because I had the phone longer then 3 months
They told me that if it was only like a month that I had the phone they would have repaced it free but they made me a deal that they could send me a nokia 3595 which was $84.99 full price, they had told me that they could give me the phone for half price which I have agreed to those terms that I would pay half price for the phone, they had also asked me how I wanted to recive the phone and I had told them in 2-3 days it would be $15.00 extra so I went ahead with it that way I could make and recive phone calls. Ok so I got the phone but not within the 2-3 days it was a week later that I had got the phone. I had called them back again and told them that I had not recived the phone yet and when I finally did get the phone I called them and I told them that I wanted the $15.00 charge taken off but they would not remove it.
There after I started reciving these bills that had gone from $31.99 plus tax to $48.24 that wasn't so bad but the from that to $294.52 and from there to $446.97 and then from that to $659.74 after they disconnect my phone now I think that is completely unfare to me to my creidt and to everyone else that they have done things to like these. FYI from me to anyone that wants to get an account with T-Mobile DON'T DON'T DON'T and DON'T Thanks to ever body that has had the same problems...
