As a desparate new mom, I was dying to lose weight and feel like myself again. Therefore, when I received a pamphlet in the mail about a "too good to be true" add, I jumped on it. I ordered the package to lose 30-40lbs, however 2 months later, after already been billed, I still have not received the items I requested.
Unfortunately, I have misplaced the phone number, and only have the mailing address. I've searched high and low and tried to do searches on the internet and everything. I've even joined a few chat areas to see if anyone else could help me with the phone number. I've mailed letters to the company requesting my money back and still no word from them. I've emailed the better business bureau and still no response from them as well.
To make matters worse, I was supposed to only be billed $92.00 plus $7.99 shipping and handling, however I was billed $104.80 for the product. When I contacted my credit card company to find more information on the company they couldn't give me the address let alone the phone number. How stupid could I have been? Here I am out $104.80, and still 40lbs overweight. Guess there is nothing like good old fashioned diet and exercise?!?!?!
