I shop online all the time and this was by far the worst experience ever! I ordered 1 pair of leggings 3 weeks ago which was scheduled to be shipped out on the 22nd. It is the 31st and it still has not been sent out for shipment yet. Not only did they keep me waiting for the item i had already payed for but no one even had the courtesy to inform me of the delay. I took it upon myself to email them and question this matter and then was told the item would be shipped monday april 1st. I am scheduled to leave the country friday and requested that i receive my legging before then and instead of offering express shipping so that my package would arrive on time they got impatient and processed my refund. I am in sales and i feel that was very unprofessional and will be letting everyone i know my experience and advise them to stay away from etsy.
