I bought a puppy on the internet and the lady did not give me a bill of sale. I sent $1,760.00 for the puppy and it is also suppose to had akc papers I should have got with it.
Since her ad says that some of her puppys are registered with akc. Mine was suppose to be. Sshe told me she send me the papers for it and I did not get them. The day I got the puppy was on october the 15th 2004.
I payed by a charge card check for this dog. I went to my vet here where I live and I told her of all the troubles I am now having with this. Plus the dog private parts should have all came in for I wanted to use this dog for breeding with my dog here where I live at. And it has not as of yet.
Her claim to the age of the dog I got is questionable because she said to me it was born on june the 15th, 04 and the vet here of mine thinks the dog is younger then that.
I sent her a pen letter asking her on sending me the papers for the dog to prove its birthday. As of this date I have not got it and on november the 25th I called her at her home and like she hardly had time to talk to me on the phone.
I even went as far as calling my charge card company to put that charge in dispute in november 30th but all I got was it was to late to dispute it now. Which I think is not too late to do so.
I even asked this lady for the moms and dads names and registerd numbers for them. I did not get them at all.
For the puppy I just got from her, I flew down to arizona to get the dog and was going to go to her home but she cancelled me out on that saying she had company then and she would pay for an room at a hotel there to bring me the puppy. Which she did at the time.
It is like she did not even at the time want me to come to her home to see all the dogs that she breeds there, telling me she had company over at the time. Also on the phone call before I got the dog she told me she would bring me the parents to see them. She never did. Also I called akc in new york and I asked them about this lady and if she had ever registered a litter with them and they told me she did but a year ago. Not since then.
Wanda the lady I talked to on phone after I called them did talk and say that she did finally send off the papers to the litter of my dog but I do doubt that now that she ever did such a thing.
I have ran out of things to think of to get all this resolved for me. I feel if you send money like I did do that a person should have the entire product meaning my papers on the dog and bill of sale too. I've been told by another breeded of this kind of dog that she is falsely advertizing her dogs for such high prices and not giving the entire full things like she is suppose to do.
My dog is suppose to be a 3lb chihuahua full grown up, but my dog or puppy is not even a full year old yet and I do hope not to have it be over that age more grown by that time frame in weight or size too.
Well this is all I have to say on this matter for now hope to here back from you soon again to get this resolved somehow.
