Jody Casper posted my Yorkies Pictures online for
Sale. She is using my yorkies pictures stating they
are for sale. She does not state they are from a past litter.
A lady contacted me when she knew the pictures looked
familiar. She inquired about the dog and asked a few
times if that was the dog for sale. She confirmed they were and sent more of my puppy's pictures with my dogs
name on them. Jody sent her a paypal request for
money form under my zipcode. Jody then canceled the
paypal request only after I contacted her and knew she was in the wrong. She does not even have my dogs on her website.
When asked why she did this I was told by her that she tells people these puppies are from a past litter and she liked thought they were good pictures. I have an email confirming this is not true. I gave her a chance to explain and all she did was lie to me.
I have all of her emails as proof. She is frauding
people by posting up past pictures. She does not take
current puppy pictures of new litters. She posts the
same pictures up for every litter. A breeder told me
this is called bait n switch. This means a breeder
will use a past puppy to get people into thinking this
is the puppy the are getting. This is wrong and
people need to know what kind of a scam she is
running.
When I got my Yorkie from her, she put on my Guarrentee
that I had 1 hr to get her to a vet. I had a one hour
drive to her house. She also has the wrong birth
dates on their AKC papers.
I visited her a few times to see my puppy before bring
her home.
I also had a hard time in picking up my other puppy
from her along with the papers from the girl just purchased. She never sent me her papers like She told me she would. She was suppose to be home when I there. I
had to drive an hour to her home. When I got to her house she was gone. I even gave her my cell number to call me if something were to come up. She didn't even try to call me. She shut her phone off.
When I finally picked him up along with all the paper work, she would not allow me to go in the room to where
the puppies were. I found this odd since I had been in the there when visiting before. I think she did not give me the right puppy. The one I wanted was very very tiny. I had seen him when he was a few days old. That is how I know his birth date is wrong. I don't even think I got the right puppy. This one seems bigger.
As a breeder I find her practices are unethical.
