I purchased a coffee maker / grinder for my mom for Christmas for $70. It stopped working after 30 days and we contacted Beyond the Rack. They said they'd have to send me information on the seller. It took them over a month to get back to me. Needless to say, it is beyond the date we could receive compensation or reimbursement. I will not be ordering from Beyond the Rack.
