Beware, the Company goes by the name of Orca Imports. The website address is www.orca888.com They advertised for an aquarium siphon set to clean the fish tank. My order arrived 2 weeks after ordering.
The package with the siphon arrived opened and used. There were drops of water in the clear tubing. It was obvious that the siphon had been used. A part to connect to the tubing was missing. I paid for a used, worthless siphon. I contacted the company, who sent me a was very unprofessional and rude email, stating we don't sell used items, and you are the only one that makes this claim. There will be NO refund or exchange.
The company refuses to communicate with me again. Please beware of this scam that they are running. Orca made no attempt to investigate or try to resolve the matter, which only confirms to me that I was purposely scammed, as others probably have been also.
