I gave Infinite Talent $590.00 for a photo shoot and pictures to help me to pursue a modeling career. I signed a contract guaranteeing 4 different looks and the pictures, and I actually only got three looks. They had scheduled 5 or 6 girls half an hour apart. The photographer was extremely rushed, and I didn't get the quality that I should have gotten for the price that I paid.
Then a few days later Infinite Talent contacted me, saying there was "something wrong" with the pictures. I asked numerous times what happened, but she just ignored me.
Then she wanted me to meet a "photographer" that had just flown in from California at Infinite Talent so he could take some pictures in front of a back-drop, and then go outside and take pictures there. I didn't feel comfortable with this. I was concerned about whether this was a real photographer. I requested a photographer with a studio somewhere in the area. I wanted to make sure it was a real photographer. It seemed like it was a big problem to find someone with a studio. She said it might take a while. The next day, I changed my mind about the company.
I felt like it was just a big scam, and they were never going to get me a photographer and just take my money. I requested my money back, many many times. And she told me no! She said she couldn't give me the money back from the make-up artist. I don't think this is the real reason. She is very secretive about what's going on.
I didn't get what I paid for, no pictures, not even the 4 looks. I tried to contact another person in the company, I went to their website and got their generic e-mail, but I got the same person. Her name is VONDA LOVE. I paid for the pictures on 09/21/04, and it has been over 2 months. She never contacts me unless I write to her a few times first. She last contacted me on 10/30/04.
It seems as if they have just forgotten about me, and taken my $590.00, and I got nothing in return except a big waste of time and a waste of gas. I am extremely upset with this company, and I hope that they don't do this to other people, but I have a feeling that that's how they make their money.
I have kept all receipts, contracts, and E-mails to prove my case, just in case something like this ever happened. We never talked on the phone; all conversation was recorded via e-mail. Bottom line: I have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to show from paying them $590.00. The service was never delivered.
At the time, I was not aware that Infinite Talent had ANYTHING to do with Options Talent, or whatever they call themselves. People need to be aware of their new name!!!
