On a site I thought was secure, I was doing business with. Membershipcare decided to hijack my information and took money out of my checking account for their "services". The call center for them is all non-english speaking indiciduals who are rude and non-compliant.
I finally spoke to a "supervisor" who cancelled my account. No one would tell me what their "service" was. They all just said they weren't allowed to discuss particulars of each account. I was told I would have my refund in 20 days.
After 21 I called back, no one could say yes or no that I had even called in before. Spoke to another "supervisor" and was told would have my refund in 3-7 day. Again nothing, another supervisor and again another 3-7 days, again nothing.
Next person said they were escalating and gave me the number to billing and I spoke with a person (marty) who actually spoke english. He said he was livid that this had happened and would get it taken care of immediately. He lied. Another 7 days and still nothing. Spoke with Marty again and he didn't remember talking to me, said no one has ever requested your refund. He said he would fix. Again a lie.
They were so quick to take my money, but I cannot get it back. I have had to put a fraud alert on all my accounts and my credit. These people need to be stopped.
