Undelivered Parcel Message Received After Walmart USPS Order

I received this message: "Your parcel has arrived at the post office at November 29. Our postrider was unable to deliver the parcel to you.

To receive a parcel, please, go to the nearest out office and show this postal receipt.

Get postal receipt

Best Regards, the FedEx Team."

I had made an order from Walmart and was told that my shipment would be sent by USPS. I finally received a partial order today (one day late). I called FedEx this morning and was told that they have been getting this complaint a lot lately.
