Zen Bedrooms quickly fixed my problem. For some reason, my mattress never got delivered and my ticket was 'lost' so I was obviously very angry. I wrote on their facebook wall my issue and they had my memory foam mattress next day delivered. I understand mistakes happen and they fixed it right away! Great customer service.
