Once the funds have been received the guitar and hard case will be packaged and BAX Global (Burlington Express) will deliver the package to the Nearest Major Airport.
The funds were received on February 26. On June 29, I was informed that the guitar they claimed they had in stock wasn't produced by Jackson anymore.
I then ordered a SL1 Pile "O" Skulls which they also maintained they had in stock. And guess what happened? Nothing, as almost expected. On October 25 I wrote them the following e-mail:
Any news about my guitar (expected delivery date or something along that line)? It's now been more than eight months since you have received the funds. And guess what? I did not even get an answer.
So what I'm trying to tell you here ist: Don't deal with these people, they'll rip you off.
I am aware that this problem has nothing whatsoever to do with Fender, but if we are really talking about a disresputable dealer here the whole thing could reflect on Fender also, especially as I intend to inform every single guitar magazine in their respective forums in the U.S. And in Europe about the whole thing.
