On 9/7, I ordered a simple set of Safari Animal pez dispensers. Pez.com does not notify customers that items are on back order before we order them. I was advised 30 days, then when I called 5 weeks later, I was advised 4-6 weeks. Last time I called I was advised 6-8 weeks.
It has now been 10 weeks and my pez order is STILL on backorder. No one can tell me the estimated date for my order to be processed. I can't cancel my order either. I have been promsed a call back from a manager THREE TIMES and still have not received one. This order was for a friend for christmas. At this point, I really do not expect to get this order before December 25th. It's now 1 week shy of 3 months since I ordered these pez dispensers.
Pez needs to notify it's customer's of the estimated backorder and turnaround time for orders BEFORE customers place their orders, since we unfortunately don't have the ability to cancel them.
From now on, I'm ordering everything on Ebay.
