To whom it may concern:
I was planning a Thanksgiving party for my employees, and I purchased the Popeyes Cajun Fried Turkey from CajunGrocer.com. In my rush to obtain a turkey that was cooked and ready to serve, I found this site, and the description states "ready to heat and eat." This was not the case, and my employees were sent home without a Thanksgiving meal.
Please note that the turkey was shipped overnight, and the cost of shipping was more than the turkey. When I called the customer support number and spoke with the owner, Charley, he said there was nothing he could do, even though his site states "Ready to heat and eat." Please read the following description and let me know if there is any recourse in this matter.
