I visited my local Petsmart for buy some goldfish. I stood waiting for someone to help me, for about 5 mins. An employer was standing next to me taping up a back of rock that had been opened, instead of helping me. Another employer had to come over and tell her that it needed to go in the back, and could not be resold. I truely hope this employee Amanda stops working there. Pathetic customer service!
