I recently went to the petsmart in Lynnwood, WA two days in a row both days being helped by the same associate named Gabby who was working in the fish area. Not only did she not help us for over 10 min but than when she finally decided she wanted to help me she kept leaving to help others while in the middle of helping me without saying anything she walked away while we were talking to her. Than she wouldn't stop talking about herself. The next day I went back to get another snail and she was busy flirting with who she told us was the new guy. They both stood there talking badly about other associates in front of us without helping and when she finally did help she yet again talked about herself and acted like we were stupid when we asked her to write the number for the snail at the top of the bag so that the ink wouldn't get in our fish tank and she gave us attitude about it. Next time I go to that petsmart and she is there I will personally ask for another associate to help me or I will not be shopping there again.
