I cannot believe the reviews I am reading. I feel the same as everyone else. I thought I was spending alittle extra just over a year ago, to have a decent coffee pot but I obviously should have done alittle research before I wasted my money. First off nothing was coming out so a friend showed us the paperclip trick for cleaning the tip. A short time later the pump went. I am so frustrated with this machine and especially after reading all of the similar complaints.
