I was place the items online and waiting waiting to receive... Nothing happen, then almost a month later I received the email from BCBG sent to me with the message that: " your order #... Was cancel with reason is items NOT available???" So I call customer services to asking what's going on with all my items I had been order almost a month ago???" customer Sers said;"could you hold on one second let me fint out..." End up they said: "I'm so sorry some of your items was not available to place order..." I'm asking them: " if it's not available why online let me place an order an withdraw $ from my acct right after I was place a order and why don't notice to me right away until a month later..." They couldn't give me any reason at all beside "I'm so sorry..." End up all my order was cancel!!!
It's very bad services and experience, worst than order H&M online web!!!
