We installed an Air Conditioning system in a customers house who had contracted with Sensible Home Warranty to cover maintenance in their home. We quoted the job and received an authorization number from Sensible Home Warranty.
After we completed the job and billed SHW they refuse to pay. We have called emailed and written to them. They promise to submit payment when you talk to them but we never receive the check.
It is our opion that this company should be closed down. They are selling insurance policies to customers but never pay for work done. Vendors do not take claims from this company. They do not pay their bills.
