Reportedly Premier Processing Center's Answering Service (e.G., Desiree, Shelly, mgr). Another agent answered stating she worked for Premier Soliciting my personal information under the guise of offering mortgage assistance

1-800-391-4928 reportedly "answers the phones" or "is" "Premier Processing Center" as identified from a solicitation containing keywords..."FINAL NOTICE" "Home Assistance Program" EHLP "Emergency Home Loan Program" for "eligible applicants in the state of FL" regarding loan assistance.

Agents require a call back number and insist there is not other way to speak with an agent from Premier. Agents refuse to give out the name of the answering service, though either the number on their solicitation is answered by them.
