On or about the date I applied for a loan on line, premier member ship club pop up, I x it out continued wit the loan app. The next day I found out that premier club charged my account 100.00 for something. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE this transaction. I have attempted to contact the service center over 200 times, all I get is a person stateing " I'll log your complaint an a service rep will return your call no later than the next day " I have yet to recive a call from any one on this matter. I made a complaint with my bank, but still haven't heard anything on this subject.
