I am a former employee of this company. I am warning you, DO NOT work for this company, or any of its stores in the central texas area. They treat their employers like dirt they've stepped in and are racist towards their employees and unethical in every way possible.
For starters, who wants to work for a DO (director of operations) that has murdered someone? NOT ME! Yes the central texas DO is out on bail for voluntary manslaughter, or also known as a DUI HIT and RUN. Killed a man outside of a local hospital.
Second, who wants to work for someone who allows people to quit (walk out) during pay day dinner rush then let them come back over and over again? Or who wants to work with people who do drugs on their 5 minute smoke break and when they come back in they do their job even more poor than they did before?
And third, who wants to be put on the spot because they have kids and have a certain work schedule or who wants to be threatened with their job because something illegal has to be done and if you dont do it you will be fired?
All of these things happened to me when i was an employee of Papa Johns.
