Rob or Mr. Rob Promised a lot, but just took my money!

Ordered plastic business cards and paid with paypal.instead of promised 3 week delivery, received in 3 months. Wrong material and unreadable. Promised replacement and then refund. Strung me along for a year and now doesn't answer phones.
