Received a letter saying I owe $ 114.17 on a Verizon Bill for a number I never had.in fact in checking phone listing thru anywho.com I know the person who did have this number. Number is no longer active. I will not pay this bill and do not want it on my credit report. What Government Agency should I contact to resolve/report this issue?
