I actually applied for the Capital Credit Alliance Card. As I was talking to a representative, it all sounded really fishy, so I decided to cancel. They gave me a customer service number to cancel and I got someone who was taking messages for supervisors. I said that I wanted to cancel an automatic debit. I received a call from a supervisor saying that it was going to be cancelled. It wasn't. I called again to cancel and they told me that I couldn't cancel and they will continue to take the money out until the funds are becoming available. Whenever I call from home the phone is always busy. I call from work and they asked if I've called before, I said yes, the guy replied, "You have?!!" then asked me to hold on while he hung up on me. I immediately called back and the phone was busy. My account continues to grow more negative and my bank is telling me that I have to contact the company to arrange a refund. Well, I can't contact the company because somehow they have blocked both my home number and work number. I am going to have the bank call and see if they can refund me themselves since nobody was paid anything only money was taken from me.
